Anyone here over 40 with pics and conceive naturally?

I turned 40 this past September. Also suffered a miscarriage this past July (@10 wks). I have PCOS. I do take metformin for type 2 diabetes & I've also lost just over 100lbs in the last 1.5yrs now.
Since 2017 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes & PCOS. I was morbidly obese & was not taking my health seriously. I'm 5'4 & my heaviest recorded weight was 324. I'm currently at 212.
My pregnancy came as a HUGE surprise. I'd never been pregnant. And never avoided becoming pregnant. But that was a side effect of being overweight & having the PCOS. Sadly, along with PCOS comes the increased chance in miscarriages. Quite scary, specially now having gone through it. 
But I've seen a HUGE difference in my menstrual cycle and overall health since loosing weight. I know when my period is coming to the day. Like clockwork. That hadn't happened since I was a teenager. So I believe (& my doc also) that having lost all that weight has helped tremendously.
 I've gone through all the work-ups related to fertility & thank God all is well. I do have a small fibroid or polyp that will be removed later this month. & From there my doc will prescribe some form of ovulating medicine to increase my chances of releasing more than 1 egg/month in hopes of becoming pregnant. 🙏
Do your research. Speak to your doc/ob & set a plan to get/stay as healthy as possible while TTC. 
My husband and I have been actively TTC for 2 months, But aunt flow showed up. So now I'm on birth control until my surgery. After I recoup, it is on like donkey Kong for making my rainbow 🌈 baby 🙏🤍😇
Focusing on losing another 25-30 lbs prior to becoming pregnant & Eating healthy, supplementing, you know 'the works' bc I KNOW I'll get pregnant again. I trust God. And this time my body will be the healthiest it's been since forever 🙏

It depends on what type of pcos you have and if you can actually ovulate on your own as it more common with pcos to not be able to ovulate on your own

Thanks everyone. I have “lean PCOS” meaning I’m on the slimmer side. My androgens (testosterone and DHEA) are within normal range, similar to those that don’t have pcos and my lh:fsh ratio is perfect. I just keep having miscarriages so I suspect poor egg quality is the issue here. Anyone here taking supplements?

I was diagnosed at 31 but I was not TTC at that time. I did not start trying until I was 36. I have very regular cycles and ovulate on my own. I have insulin resistance and have been on Metformin since being diagnosed.  I conceived naturally 3 times but all three pregnancies took a long time to happen and ended in early losses. I'm 42 now and getting ready for my second round of stims for ICSI. My biggest issue now seems to be poor quality embryos. All but one stopped growing before day 5 and the one that made it to day 5 was genetically abnormal and would have miscarried. Many women with PCOS seem to have better luck with age, I'm just not one of them.
