2 Week Wait

I want to test tomorrow because I just can't have another sleepless night waiting to know the results. It would be 12 days after the last and only unprotected sex I had this month, I can't go by DPO because my cycle isn't always the same days and I don't track ovulation. Would it be too early to test or would the results be accurate enough?
