Hello Ladies !  
I’ve been hearing a lot about using this during ovulation .   Is this effective ?  Also ,  would it just be 1 pill on ovulation day ?

It really doesn't do anything but you can try it. 12 hour pills twice a day from cd10 through 3 days past ovulation.
