Has anyone ever dealt with terrible baby eczema? She doesn’t have a rash, she has about 14 spots on her arms, shoulders, back, and ankles that will not go away. They either have a scab like covering or they look shiny and wet and ooze like a blister. She uses allergen free soap and detergents. We have several steroid creams and oils but they will only calm it down for a day or two and prolonged use is not recommended.

Has anyone had it like that? All the posts I see about it is like an all over rash that’s red, never what she has. I’m hoping to find something steroid free to help this poor girl, she is miserable with it
