I got fired yesterday and it was bc my supervisor who is an older woman was constantly harassing me and making up situations that weren’t true. Such as saying my coworkers complaining about me multiple times and that I’m always late which is partiallly true but by a small amount. I tried to tell HR about her but she’s also an older woman and she sided with the supervisor and didn’t take my report both times and now everyone knows and no one is happy with her or the new lead (another older woman) who snitched on me saying I’m nowhere to be found whilst I work upstairs and she’s supposed to be working up there too but she’s always downstairs talking to people and when I talk to people she snitches
