4 days late neg pregnancy test

I ovulated on the 19th! According to opks

Hi! This is my first month Ttc so I’m not used to this whole thing.

My period is pretty regular I usually have a 28/29 day cycle. Never more. According to clue and glow my periods have been like that since 2019 when I started tracking them on the apps.

According to glow my period is 4 days late and according to clue my period is 3 days late.

I tested this evening after holding my grin for about 5 hours and it was stark negative. Couldn’t even trick myself into seeing a line.

I’m wondering if anyone has ever gotten a BFN when their period was late but later got a BFP?? I have no signs of my period coming. I had the lightest period cramps the day before it was due on and off through the day but haven’t had any since then.

Very confused and I know you guys aren’t doctors but I’m just asking opinions! Thank you in advance:)
