Am I out this month?!? Please help

Negative test 13 dpo. Af due tomorrow very light spotting only when I wipe and not every time. Really nauseous and have a headache for 3 days. And really light cramping started today. Been TTC for a year now. Anybody have similar symptoms and end up with a BFP?!? Please I need some good news ☹️
