Pregnant after miscarriage

Okay anyone in the same boat please let me know what’s up .

I had a miscarriage sept 19… I finally stopped bleeding about five weeks later . A week after I got a positive I was ovulating… first time ever testing so I’m not sure if old pregnancy horomones made it say that or what … but anyway this came up today . Very faint but I think I see something . Any chance it would be old horomone ? Water mark? I’m nervous . Please share your opinion
