Slim fast diet
I am needing to lose 60lbs preferably by my son's first birthday on June 7th 2023. I am planning on doing 2 slim fast drinks per day plus high protein snack in between and then using home chef for my dinners. It seems like a cost effective way to diet but want to know if anyone has experience with losing weight through slimfast. I'm not looking for a quick fix here...it's going to be a huge lifestyle change accompanied by as much exclercise as I can get in with a 5 month old baby boy. Thoughts?
