When to stop using swaddles?

My babe is 13 weeks old and she loves being swaddled. We don’t use it for sleeping at night, only for supervised naps (usually in my arms throughout the day). It’s sometimes the only way I can calm her down. I was just wondering when you are supposed to stop using them all together, and if there’s any negative effects for longer use of swaddles?

Using them longer becomes a danger, because if they were to roll and be swaddled, they can't use their arms to push up or roll back over and it's a concern of suffocating.

According to studies and safe sleep, 8 weeks old or signs of rolling, whichever comes first. We are strict on safe sleep rules due to a loss in our family, so we did stop at 8 weeks old even though neither of them were close to rolling.
