TMI!!!!!!

So I had my gallbladder out 2 weeks ago and since then I’ve been pooping a lot mostly soft stools and occasionally some diarrhea and just a couple of days ago my anus would hurt inside when I poop and today I pooped twice and when I wiped there was blood!! Bright red, it hurts and feels like I have to poop again 😩 .. FYI the blood is not in my stool I already checked it’s just at the end when I wipe and it looks like a lot because I saw it in the toilet water also just not in my poop cause that’s regular color I don’t know if I make sense anyways sorry for the TMI
