Hi guys,

I was hoping for some advice. I am currently on metformin for pcos. I had a miscarrage in August I had a very light period (more like discharge following this, then I had a normal period). The calendar is saying I should of had a period on the 24th Oct but nothing yet. I have had sore boobs, feeling sick and tired. My pregnancy test is negative. I'm worried that perhaps my metformin has stopped working.

Prior to taking metformin I maybe had a period once or twice a year. Since being on it my periods regulated to once a month every 23 to 26 days.
