Dear FTM - Please stop going to the ER to confirm your pregnancies

Here’s a hormonal rant for ya, after perusing my birth month group:

pregnancy is not an emergency.

Call your doctor and wait the few days it takes to get in.

There is nothing that going to the ER or having that test earlier is going to do for you.

Just start acting like you’re pregnant if you think you are.

Cheese and rice.

That baby is going to grow or not grow with or without a piece of paper confirming what you already know.

Please leave the ER for actual emergencies.
