Single mom

I'm not the type of person to ask for help. However with that being said I am a single mother of a wonderful 5 month old little girl. I have been out of work since the week before she was born and haven't been able to go back yet due to her health. I'm just looking for help on getting a few things that are necessary to go about our day to day activities.
