Nausea / sore stomach (not cramps) before BFP?

Hey all - has anyone else experienced a sore stomach before getting a BFP? Not sore like cramps, but sore like after you’ve gotten sick? I’m on DPO 10/11 depending on which app I look at. My stomach is sore like I’ve recently thrown up but I haven’t (yet). The soreness is making me feel kinda nauseous. This started yesterday. All my tests are coming back negative so far. My boobs are also more sensitive/sore than normal. They feel like a big bruise underneath (them being sore is normal PMS symptom for me but they’re usually not this bad) and then my nipples sometimes feel like they are sunburnt. Has anyone else run into this? Did it mean 👶🏻 or 🩸?
