Is romance dead?

I’m really interested to know from one person living on this floating rock to another does romance exist in this day and age? I’m losing hope in the dating scene so knowing I’m not the only one who feels this way would make me feel 10x better ( or hearing some cute stories could be  nice).

My husband and I found each other on OkCupid. He was always very sweet and supportive. He even attended one or two of my therapy sessions in the beginning as a way to understand me and my disabilities better and asked questions. While that doesn’t sound romantic, it was one of the things that told me how serious he was about me. It was always the little things that made me fall in love with him.

I don’t believe it’s dead but I do believe it’s dying out. The future generations won’t even be interest in love and family let alone trying to get romance right

Ohhh romance isn't dead at all..
The right people can be very romantic! I met my now fiance on Instagram, which I agree isn't very romantic.. but we hit it off and met in real life, he is the sweetest man. He surprises me with breakfast in bed on bdays and other special days, he proposed to me at the edge of a forest, where we were having a little picknick at sunset. He wrote a song for me for my first bday together with him and sang it to me in the morning. When I feel sad, he brings me flowers. One day I came downstairs to have breakfast and he set the table with lots of food and a few candles. He got me a kitten when I moved out of my parents house so I wouldn't be lonely. Romance isn't dead!
