What does this mean?

I’m 12 dpo (I think...I’m using natural cycles but the app moved my ovulation day so I’m confused...so after the new ovulation day I would be 12 dpo today) and I took an ovulation test in the afternoon just for fun actually and it looks like this. That’s almost positive isn’t it?
Can anyone tell me what that means?

It doesn’t mean anything. The test is negative. You can also have multiple surges, but the only one that matters is the first positive

I found out about my second pregnancy by doing a ovulation test randomly and it was dark and it turns out I was pregnant! X
