Anyone know what this could be and how it got there and how to get rid of it asap only just noticed it now,kinda freaking out (on my gum and tonsil)

It looks like tonsil stones but you should go to the doctor if you are worried

It appears like it could be tonsillitis or simple mouth ulcers. Doesn’t hurt to go to a GP to check it out if it’s problematic for you.
