9 month old rash

as i was getting ready to change my baby’s diaper i couldn’t help but notice a rash on her chest and back and some along her private area. i took her a bath cause i knew she was sweating a lot when i picked her up from her nap. this morning it went up her neck and cheeks. everyone’s telling me it might be heat rash since she sweats
