False positive TW

Hey looks like we had a false positive! Possible biochemical pregnancy or missed miscarriage. I’m just hoping it’s not ectopic. Went in for a pregnancy test and scan at the DR today and there was a faint positive, and no sign of anything on the ultrasound. We got blood test done, so we’ll see.
I have been cramping, spotting (no red blood), and have had lower back pain. The cramping is a lot worse/different than I had when pregnant with our first.
