I’m 4 weeks today and I’ve been cramping a little bit. Nothing like period cramps, they’re just uncomfortable. There hasn’t been any blood or anything like that. Can these cramps be anywhere in pelvic area, whichever side? My cramps when I get them, feel like they’re lower abdomen and sometimes left and right side of pelvic area. Is this normal? I had called to talk with an ob nurse and was told they would give me a call back. I’m just really curious to see if anyone else has had this. Is this normal. My mind keeps going to the worse scenarios. I’ve never had a miscarriage or any other issues with my first pregnancy.
