trigger warning: ectopic pregnancy (5 weeks 4 days)

i woke up with very light spotting. i went to the ER & they ran some tests & did an ultrasound. they said they couldn’t see baby only a yolk sac. there was fluid in my uterus & now they are saying i need to go to my obgyn wednesday to check blood tests again. has anyone else had this & followed with a healthy baby?
