SLEEPING ON BACK?
The thing I have probably found the hardest through the whole pregnancy is sleeping. I love my sleep and I used to lie either on my front or on my back, and adjusting to my sides has been a real struggle.
Anyway last night I remember half waking up and resting on my back for a second and then the next thing I remember I have woken up on my back.
How serious is it to sleep on your back? Realistically it could have been anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours but I am worrying about the baby now.
I am 22 weeks pregnant and I haven’t felt the baby move yet so I can’t reassure myself the baby is ok by waiting to feel it move.
