Light bleeding for days

I have been light bleeding for 13 days now since Oct. 26. I have my nexplanon removed on Sept. 9th. Had a normal 7 day period in Sept. Now I had some spotting in between my periods. I don't feel any pain or anything. Should I go see a doctor or is it my hormones from the nexplanon removal?
