can anyone tell me some signs of early miscarriage? ive found a lot of signs matching what im going thru but id rather hear it from people who might have some experience.

Bad cramping and heavy bleeding but mine didn’t start heavy

I had an early miscarriage at about 4 weeks, not long after we found out. We had 3 positive tests and was after 1 week late for my period when the symptoms started. And it was just like a period but stronger. And the bleeding was slightly heavier. I was light headed and sick for a couple days and then it went on its own. Sorry if you are going through this it is a terrible time.
