Green thick poop
Baby is mostly formula fed and I’ve had to switch her formula few times. She seemed to be doing good on the hipp brand but then I noticed she seemed to get very irritable when awake and her poop became a thick green color. And she’s super gassy always farting really smelly gas. I just switched to another formula that’s vegetarian so I’m just waiting to see but the irritability persists. Is the green thick poop a sign of something maybe wrong?
