Evap lines?

Are these evap lines? The second one had a slight line then I looked like 20 mins after taking it and it looks darker but the second one I took didn’t have a strong line so I’m confused!

Always look in time frame and that determines your positive or negative rate . The longer it sits the more the ink can bleed and it won’t be for the right reasons
