What is your current routine? My skin has been the best it’s ever been lately and it’s because I do cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer and then in the morning time I use spf instead of the moisturizer. I’m no dermatologist but I think I read that when breakouts happen in that area that it is a hormonal imbalance? Fact check that lol because I don’t remember where I heard that from. I also double cleanse my face, I have struggled with hyperpigmentation so I start off with authentic black soap then I go in with my actual face cleanser.

I started using Neutrogenas alcohol free toner daily and it has done wonders! I have a very oily face.

This is going to sound weird but I had bad breakouts for years… I started washing my face in the shower with dawn dish soap then after, I use hyaluronic acid + peptide serum after I get out of the shower. Works like a charm and I rarely get breakouts anymore. Once in a while I’ll get a zit or two but nothing compared to what I was getting. 🤷🏻‍♀️
