I saw my ex boyfriend not just any ex but the one who broke my heart. I immediately started feeling anxious and had to leave before he saw me. We broke up over a decade ago but seeing him brought up all the old bad feelings. It was a bad relationship he lied to me, coerced me into sex and said really hurtful things.
