I’m wondering if anyone in this forum has been a pain patient and gotten pregnant?

I’m a 25 year old who has been on percocets which is a narcotic for a few months now due to having 2 autoimmune diseases as well as multiple joint surgeries. Im currently trying to get pregnant, but i worry that the only pain medicine that actually helps me will harm my baby? I have read so many things online saying my baby will grow a dependency and go through with drawls when born and low birth weight etc. I do NOT abuse the drug and take the lowest dose as prescribed, so i’m not sure if the withdrawal part applies to me? My doctors have cleared me to get pregnant in terms of HEALTH wise but i have not discussed with my pain management specialist about what my treatment plan will be if i’m pregnant and what possible effects the medication will have to my unborn baby. Thanks!
