Period while pregnant

Most people never experience this and I thought I was one that would join that train however things are different for me. I have experienced 4 miscarriages possibly more because I stopped counting after my last doctor wasn’t being aware of what was going on. However I did change doctors and we experienced 2 out of all of those and successfully have an continued pregnancy. About 2 weeks ago the week of Halloween I was experiencing some heavy pain in my lower back and abdomen and bleeding thinking it was another miscarriage but bc I was further along the pain was so bad. I was scared to go to the er or doctor because of the past and don’t want to hear the bad new again. I was wrong, my doctor scheduled me an lab an ultrasound and my baby’s heartbeat is stronger than ever. My husband and I are currently 9 weeks🫶🏽💞. Please tell me your experiences
