Probably miscarrying... 💔

What can I expect...? When I start to bleed and pass everything...? I am 10w1d based on my last period and my cycle is typically pretty regular but ultrasound today was measuring at 6 weeks and no heartbeat 😓 Our doctor didn’t seem confident that it was viable but we’re to go back next week for another ultrasound... Not sure how I would even be 6 weeks based on my last period anyway so I’m confident it’s a miscarriage as well...

It’s been a really emotional day and a lot to process. I’ve had zero signs of miscarriage so idk...
