Can implantation bleeding seem just like a period starting heavily? A couple of days ago I could have sworn my period had started at work. It’s around the right time so I put on a tampon and just forgot about it pretty much until I got home that night which was when I realized I just wasn’t on my period anymore? No sign of blood at all despite the fact it had been very clear at work. Now my period is late by a day, but my periods aren’t completely regular and sometimes I just miss a period. I’ve had hormone issues my entire life so it’s not weird for it to start a day or two early or a day or two late.

I’m trying not to get my hopes up about the chances cause I’ve been struggling for almost two years and every time I take a test and it’s negative I’m devastated. I’m just curious about other peoples experiences with that so I can gauge my next steps
