Around my period time my ph balance is thrown off

My symptoms discharge is chunky and thick and when I pee you can see it in the toilet water if you get it.

A little burning sensation when wiping . My vag feel hot sometimes. No smell, no strong odor. My discharge color is white ish i got tested and came out clean but since it’s coming back to back I got retested for std and tested for BV AND A YEAST INFECTION

What is wrong with me?

I only had 1 sexual partner. Can I change my diet ! Lately it sucks but what can I do and I’m not bold enough to put any pills inside of me maybe only
