How likely is it?

Our kitten got out last night without us knowing for about 20 minutes tops. She is not spayed and we believe a male cat had got a hold of her. She is about 6 months old 
We finally found her and took her in but she is kinda skiddish and is sensitive to her tail end being petted or touched by us or our other animals. 
How likely is it that she will end up pregnant? This would be the first time that a male cat has done this to her.

Was kitten in heat? Cause if she was in heat she will likely be pregnant. If not in heat then she wouldn’t be pregnant.

We had a female cat years ago that would literally try to escape with the intent to get pregnant she would try to rub and bump up against things and try to get them to go into her vagina is was really disgusting, we eventually re homes because of other behavioral problems that couldn’t be corrected. She did end up escaping and got pregnant within that time frame she was out for not even 20 minutes cause we chased her 🤦🏼‍♀️ we took and immediately got her fixed a few weeks later and she was indeed pregnant.

I highly doubt she’s pregnant, even when my cat is in heat it literally takes her a couple days to warm up to a male cat. She’s had kittens twice and the one time she was literally gone for a week and I thought an owl had gotten her. The first time was with our male cat and she was in heat for about a week before she let him go anywhere near her
