2 weeks post c-section help please

I’m 2 weeks post C-Section and I’m still bleeding not enough to soak a pad but some small clots and I’m passing extremely thick and sticky/stretchy mucus like I need to grab it with a paper towel and pull it out is this normal? Everything else seems like healing is fine just weird discharge!
