so I have 4 bridesmaid, one of my BM is my fiancés step sister, we are friends and would hang out when we had time but with her being in school and i had a baby 8 months ago, it’s just not been as often, well she was super excited that I asked her, but everything I’ve asked her to do with me or help out with she’s had an excuse to not do it. we planned a wedding rehearsal and she “can’t go” and even for my bachelorette party she doesn’t want to go, it’s obviously too late to change now, but i’m pretty upset about it, so i have a right to be upset or am i over reacting?

ALSO, my bridesmaid are wearing black, my future mother in law knew this and decided to get a dress that looks very similar to what my bridesmaid are wearing, except hers is really short and has diamonds at the top, i’m pretty frustrated about that too, although i know black is a pretty common color to wear, it’s just that the dress looks like the bridesmaid dress! am i over reacting about that?
