IUD bad cramping
I just got a copper Paraguard IUD inserted, and it’s been nothing but painful. The insertion was extremely painful, even though they said it wouldn’t be. I’ve had serious cramping for days now, and pain pills are doing nothing. It’s really wreaking havoc on my mental health. I don’t know if this is going to work. I really don’t want to take hormones for birth control. What can I do to alleviate these cramps and make my body accept the IUD?
