😰 feeling rather crap. 41 years old and looks like perimenopause 😥 3 months of a very short cycle.. now 7 days after and got my period again. I feel horrible! Booked a GP appointment coz I can't keep living like this.
Has anyone else had this such rapid onset of perimenopause? My cycle was ok before this, taking all the vitamins and so on. My body has totally let me down
