How to combat my 2 year old becoming a fussy eater
My daughter was always a great eater when she was little. She’d try lots of things. Even if she didn’t eat them, she would usually try. And she would eat mountains of food!
Now she refuses food a lot. She won’t try new things and she’ll even refuse to eat her favourites. Sometimes she’ll demand a food, take a bite, and refuse the rest. Sometimes if you refuse to let her get down from her chair, she’ll eat almost a full meal.
It’s very rare that she’ll eat more than a spoonful at a time anymore. Half the time she won’t even eat junk food either. I know we shouldn’t give her junk but she eats so much less.
This is my first child and I don’t have any experience with kids but I’m under the impression that this is normal.
But how do I combat it and make sure she’s getting enough food?
She basically only eat yoghurt and strawberries and fries.
