Can herbs like vitex/ maca pick up blood Pressure ?
Hey ladies , have been feeling funny lately and my (mom ) is a nurse she took my BP today it was high 140/100 that is very unusual for me I have never had it high ever! It’s usually the opposite low like 90/60 I have been on vitex and maca for past 2 months can herbs get your blood pressure up ? I’ve also took it for the past 6 years and never had any problems
