What would you do.
Hi! My son took us 2 years to conceive after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I had done an IUI , IUI with clomid and an IUI with Letrozole which all didn’t work . The cycle I was on break before IVF, I got my pregnant on my own. What I did notice, was that the clomid and Letrozole helped me ovulate earlier (cycle day 11/2 and the cycle I got pregnant was the cycle immediately off of Letrozole where I also ovulates cycle day 11).
We are 6 months in to ttc number 2. Mt cycle has been irregular which has never been the case. My earliest ovulation has been cycle day 17 and my latest cycle day 26. My doctor agreed that we can re start Letrozole to try and regular me/ get my ovulation sooner/ help try to get me pregnant.
My dilemma is. This next cycle , my husband will be leaving for a work trip for 5 days starting my cycle day 11. Assuming my period starts when I think it would. Would you go ahead with the Letrozole this cycle or wait another cycle to try.
