Fear of sex
Hey y’all so I’m in therapy for this rn, and it’s really scary to admit online but I need advice. Is anyone else out there really anxious about sex? The physical act, someone seeing you naked, the possible pain, not being able to orgasm, everything. I really just wanna know I’m not alone…and if anyone has any tips to take real small steps please I welcome them.
