I know everyone is going to day to get any lump check but don't worry I already made my appointment it's next week Thursday. I am just anxious about it and normal hearing others experiences help me/also want to know if any pp mother has similar experience and how it turns out. I had my first daughter 7 months ago and stop breastfeeding almost 3 months ago. About a week ago I found a small hard lump in my right breast while doing a self exam in the shower. I was on my period at the time and my breast always hurt and stuff during PMS. So I throught it may just be from the then when my period ended it was still sore and still there.... it kind of felt like what I had before when I was breastfeeding and had a clogged duct (had had those a lot when I was breastfeeding) I may an appointment anyway because it was worry my but felt around my breast and felt some Area that felt clots I took a hot shower and hand expressed a small amount of milk to unclog anything and massage the lump area ( even through I have weaned my breast never dried out completely so a bit on milk still comes out. Anyway after doing this for two days my breast no long sore or in pain and the lump does seem smaller but still their has anyone had a experience like this and so worried and just want to know others experiences
