38 weeks pregnant and feeling constant rectal pressure for 2 days now. Took stool softeners but nothing is coming. I can’t sit on my butt because of the pressure and when I stand I feel like a poop is coming out of my butt. My water hasn’t broken or I haven’t lost my mucous plug.

Im I’m so much pain, don’t know whether it’s constipation or my baby’s head because how low she is. Anyone else experience this

Also, Is an Enema safe for pregnancy?

It was extreme constipation. Went to L&D and nurse recommended saline enema which is safe. Glad I went cause I was able to get an ultrasound and they informed me baby is in transverse position and I could possibly need a C-Section if she doesn’t turn. Prayers up! 🙏🏽
