Getting pregnant without periods?

Question

Has any one gotten pregnant without having a period?  I realllllly want a baby but my dr won’t help me until I’ve missed a period for 6 months. December will be my 6th month of no periods. We are religiously ttc…. Like every other day. Just wondering if our efforts are pointless if I’m not menstruating?

You can, but your chances are significantly reduced and have been zero for at least part (or all) of your TTC journey. Without a period,  you aren't ovulating regularly. You could ovulate at any time now, but it's not routinely happening. Without ovulation, you can't conceive.
