Do you lay on your back in bed while watching tv and reading?

I don’t know if I’m allowed to. I don’t sleep on my back. However, I do lay on my back to read and watch tv.

I prefer to lay on my back 60% of the time an haven’t had a problem I’m currently 29 weeks an 5 days

I’m never flat on my back in bed - it’s uncomfortable for me and I believe it’s not great for baby either apparently. Always just on my side and turning ….. sometimes with a small pillow between knees.

I do but I always lay propped up so I'm not laying flat.

No ...I was never told not to with my forst or second babies, but as I started following g pre natal workouts one of the women said be careful on your back, and it s always been like I m cutting oxygen of I do for more than 30 Seco ds by third trimester.  My OB told me if I wake up on my back just get back to my side. There are tummy sleeping pregfo pillows that look like a raft w a belly space. If you wanna get your baby to the best position for birth, Bridget Teyler has the best tips on her youtube channel. She stayed forward leaning or sitting at a 90 degree angle at all times n had really short births
