I had my first appointment a few days ago with my midwife for baby 5, pregnancy 6 (I had a 14.3W loss between babies 1 and 2). I should have been 9.2W based off of ovulation and positive pregnancy tests (this was a 45 day cycle where i was <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> signs and symptoms).

She couldn't find anything. Anything. No heartbeat, no baby, maybe a sac? Nothing picked up on doppler which I get is iffy before 10W. Her ultrasound machine is from the early 90s and only abdominal so I have an appointment with a transvaginal ultrasound (should be 10.6W).

I came home and took a pregnancy test that was such a dye stealer I thought it might be invalid at first. I'm 10W now and have had no bleeding or cramping at all and still have plenty of my usual early pregnancy symptoms. The midwife was talking about a possible blighted ovum or a disappearing twin. I can't get a MMC out of my head either. I'm pretty upset and doing my best to not worry or stress as it is all out of my control anyway but failing miserably.
