TW/// Officially going through a chemical pregnancy

***TW*** Not sure this is the right forum but I just need to vent. This was been my first pregnancy. My fiancé and I were absolutely thrilled. I’m currently bleeding… a lot. I have multiple positive pregnancy tests but now i’ve lost all hope. This really sucks and i’m not sure how to cope :(
