how would you handle noticing your partner doesn’t appreciate you or reciprocate energy? …..I know for a fact he wouldn’t do for me the same it’s obvious because he hasn’t…. I’ve expressed myself/made suggestions for change/asked for more help but I see no change…. he feels as though he is reciprocating… part of me wants to just stop doing the things i do for him completely maybe he’ll notice then…but im not sure if that will just make things worse. knowing his situation and me being the only one he has im trying to work through things but im out of ideas.
